Ignatius House is located at 6700 Riverside Drive, NW in Atlanta.
Riverside Drive is Exit 24 of Interstate 285. Our retreat house
is on the Chattahoochee River, 2 miles North of I-285, one-half
mile before the intersection of Riverside Drive and Johnson Ferry

TRANSPORTATION TO IGNATIUS HOUSE
FROM THE HARTFIELD-JACKSON ATLANTA AIRPORT:
• Marta– (Rapid Transit– Tokens $2.50 each way)
Take Northbound train to North Springs Station; then take a cab
to Ignatius House (approximate taxi cab cost $12-$15). Visit wwww.itsmarta.com for more information.
- Follow signs to the Airport MARTA station (near Baggage Claim).
- Use kiosks to purchase Breeze Ticket: $2.25 one-way ticket, $4 two-way ticket.
- Take the North Springs train going north. Trains only go north from the airport. If you are forced to take the northbound Doraville train (after 9PM or on some weekends) transfer to the North Springs train at Lindbergh Station.
- Take the North Springs train all the way to North Springs Station. Takes approximately an hour.
- Take a taxi from North Springs Station. Ignatius House is less than 5 miles away and costs approximately $12-15.
• Atlanta Airport Superior Shuttle & Limo– offers door-to-door service. Fare is $35. Call (770) 457- 4794 for reservations. Check rate when making reservations.
• Galleria Limousine Service– offers door-to-door service.
Fare is $78 for one to four people. Call (770) 952-0999 for
reservations. Check rate when making reservations.
• By Car– Follow signs from Airport to Camp Creek Parkway & I-285 North. Take I-285 North to exit 24, turn left on Riverside Drive.
BY CAR:
Ignatius House is located on the left-hand side of Riverside Drive,
2 miles north of I-285. Take I-285 to exit 24 Riverside Drive. If
you are traveling west on I-285, turn right onto Riverside Drive.
If you are traveling East on I-285, turn left onto Riverside Drive.
From Montgomery – Take I-85 North to I-285 North
(toward Chattanooga) to exit 24, turn left on Riverside Drive.
From Chattanooga – Take I-75 South to I-285 East
(toward Greenville & Augusta) to exit 24, turn left on Riverside
Drive.
From Birmingham – Take I-20 East to I-285 North (toward
Chattanooga) to exit 24, turn left on Riverside Drive.
From Greenville – Take I-85 South to I-285 West to
exit 24, turn right on Riverside Drive.
From South Georgia or Florida – Take I-75 North through
Atlanta to exit 259A (I-285 East) to exit 24, turn left on Riverside
Drive.
From Athens – Take I-85 South to I-285 West to exit
24, turn right on Riverside Drive.
From Augusta – Take I-20 West to I-285 North to exit
24, turn right on Riverside Drive.
Greyhound and Amtrak serve downtown Atlanta, approximately 20 miles
from us. Take a cab to Ignatius House.
Important to note: For your convenience you may want to avoid arriving
during rush hour traffic –
7:30-9:30 a.m. and 4:30-6:30 p.m.
