Advent 2021

Find Peace & Stillness at Ignatius House

Silent Days and Silent Nights…

Make your Advent a time of peace and stillness through prayerful contemplation at Ignatius House. Let the Jesuit tradition help you make room for silent, imaginative, guided prayer.

Advent is a time of anticipation and quiet preparation. It marks the beginning of a new spiritual year, when we contemplate arrival of the Christ child, Emmanuel—God with us. It is a time to express the hope for graces to come from the gift of God on Earth, walking among us all.

Search for in-person or online prayer experiences. Some are free, short, or overnight. There’s something for everyone. There’s something for you. God awaits.

Spend a day at Ignatius House with time for guided prayer, self-reflection, and Mass.

Break away from daily routine and distractions for a weekend in prayer.

Pause at home, on your schedule, to meditate with a weekly Advent prayer.

Pray with Scripture reflections each Wednesday via email. See a sample.

Give the gift of a retreat this Christmas. Choose a gift certificate amount or add a book bundle, too!

Donate toward a retreat for someone in hardship. Currently, fewer than 25 of 85 requests are funded.
