Marian Monahan is a spiritual director, retreat facilitator, and religious educator. She holds a certificate in pastoral studies from Loyola University, New Orleans (LIMEX) and a certificate in spiritual direction from the Ruah program (2002). She earned her B.A. in religious studies and has been trained as a professional life coach through CTI, Coaches Training Institute.
Marian is involved in the Ignatian Spirituality Project, a Jesuit ministry that offers overnight retreats and days of reflection to homeless men and women in addiction recovery, and formerly served as a volunteer chaplain at City of Refuge for Mercy Care.
She and her husband Bill, a retired permanent Deacon, worship at the Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. They reside in Cumming, Ga., and have five children and seven grandchildren.
