2-Night Recovery Retreat: On Dropping the Rock – Steps 6 and 7
June 25 @ 6:00 pm - June 27 @ 12:00 pm
$200
Directed by Rev. Peter E. Fink, SJ
This retreat is an advance on Steps 1 through 5. Here we look to the many character defects that keep us from the full gift of sobriety. In the preface of Drop the Rock, the authors invite us away from “patterns of behaving, thinking, and feeling that are harmful to ourselves and to others.” The goal is toward the person God made us to be. Come join this adventure to put the 6th and 7th Steps into action.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: This retreat is not suitable for anyone in acute withdrawal or initial stages of recovery. Please consult a behavioral health hospital. This retreat serves those seeking ongoing motivation for sobriety maintenance.
This is a silent retreat. Guests are expected to maintain a sacred silence throughout the retreat, including at meals, unless otherwise noted.
