Cura personalis is a Latin phrase which means “care for the whole person”. This 2-night retreat is designed to do just that through prayer and meditation, movement and silence, rest, and delicious healthy food. Yoga sessions will be designed for all levels by our Registered Yoga Instructors, Catherine and Mark.
This is a silent retreat. Guests are expected to maintain a sacred silence throughout the retreat, including at meals, unless otherwise noted.

Cathy has Masters degrees in Religious Education and Pastoral Studies as well as Hatha Yoga certification in the Anusara (translated “open to grace”) tradition.
