Cura personalis is a Latin phrase which means “care for the whole person.” This two-night retreat is designed to do just that through prayer and meditation, movement and silence, rest and delicious, healthy food. These curated yoga sessions are designed for people of all skill levels by our registered yoga instructors, Mark Dannenfelser, MA, LPC, and Kimi Nettuno, MTS, RYT.
This is a silent retreat. Guests are expected to maintain a sacred silence throughout the retreat, including at meals, unless otherwise noted.
