By Special Invitation: 6th Annual “Atlanta Prays” Day of Reflection
December 11 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Directed by the Ignatius House Pastoral Team
A special Day of Prayer at Ignatius House Jesuit Retreat Center with Atlanta Prays partners, supporters, ministers, and friends.
Come away to Ignatius House Jesuit Retreat Center for a special day of prayer, quiet, rest, and worship … a time to hear The Voice of God in your hearts. This day is for all pastors, church and community leaders who would like to recharge and renew in a prayerful, sacred space. It is an opportunity to enjoy 20 acres overlooking the Chattahoochee River to walk, rest, pray, and most importantly ‘Be Still and Know that I AM God.’
The day will offer short, 30-minute reflections at 10 am, 11 am, 1 pm and 2 pm in the main chapel. Attend as your schedule permits. Bring your own bagged lunch to enjoy on the grounds (not in the chapels). Beverages will be provided throughout the day. Limited to the first 22 registrations to allow safe social distancing.
Ignatius House Jesuit Retreat Center, a supporting partner of Atlanta Prays, is offering this day at no charge to you, but we encourage you to ‘pay it forward.’ Offer a donation to the Ignatius House “Ignatian Spirituality Project” — retreats for those transitioning from homelessness and addiction into hopeful new futures.
