Yoga Day of Reflection: Discernment in Motion – Encountering the Gift of Truth (Semi-Silent)
August 3 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
$125
Directed by Kimberly Nettuno, MTS, RYT
Spend the day at Ignatius House for a soothing day of reflection. Kimi Nettuno, MTS, RYT, leads us through yoga movements and helps us gain a greater awareness of our thoughts, our words and our ability to discern the truth. Beginner and experienced yoga students are welcome.
Check-in starts at 8:30 am, with a light breakfast on arrival. We will begin on our mats in the Chapel promptly at 9 am. A silent, nourishing lunch will be provided in the dining room mid-day and the program will conclude with Mass at 2:30 pm. Participants must bring their own yoga mat.
This is a semi-silent retreat. Guests are expected to maintain a sacred silence throughout the retreat, including at meals, unless otherwise noted. There will be periods of discussion and dialogue as and when shared by the retreat director.
Kimberly (Kimi) Nettuno, MTS, RYT, along with her daughter, Hannah, owns Trinity Movement. She holds a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Spring Hill College and a Master of Theological Studies. Kimi brings the beauty of Eastern and Western spirituality together in the practice of Christian Yoga.
