Retreat Payment Policies
Half-Day, Single-Day Retreats / Days of Reflection
Full payment is required at the time of online registration.
Classes & Series
- If registering more than 2 weeks in advance:
- Pay the full cost now, or
- Pay 50% now and the remaining balance 14 days before the first session.
- If registering within 14 days of the event, full payment is required.
Weekend Retreats
- If registering more than 2 weeks in advance:
- Pay the full cost now, or
- Pay 50% now and the remaining balance 14 days before the retreat.
- If registering within 14 days of the retreat, full payment is required.
Week-long, Month-long, and Individually Directed Retreats
- No payment is required until your application has been reviewed and accepted. Once confirmed, a 50% deposit will secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the retreat.
- If registering within 14 days of the retreat, full payment is required upon acceptance.
Cancellation Policy
Ignatius House reserves the right to cancel events when necessary. In this case, all payments will be refunded, or you can transfer your payment as a credit toward a future event.
Half-Day, Single-Day Retreats / Days of Reflection
- Full refund for cancellations made more than 2 weeks in advance.
- Cancellations within 14 days result in 50% non-refundable, with 50% transferable as a credit for another event. Credits are valid for 12 months.

- Full refund for cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the first session.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the first session:
- 50% non-refundable, 50% transferable as credit for another event.
- If you paid a deposit only, the deposit is non-refundable and considered a donation.
Weekend Retreats
- Full refund for cancellations made more than 2 weeks in advance.
- Cancellations within 14 days:
- 50% non-refundable, 50% transferable as credit.
- Deposits are non-refundable and considered a donation.
Week-long, Month-long, and Individually Directed Retreats
Once your reservation is confirmed, we begin preparing for your stay. If you cancel more than 14 days in advance, we will provide a refund. Cancellations within 14 days may not be eligible for a refund, but we will review each request individually.
