Rosary & Renewal: A Morning of Reflection through Movement and Prayer

In honor of October, the Month of the Rosary, Ignatius House invites you to a special Morning of Reflection that blends Marian devotion with the Ignatian value of cura personalis—care for the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.

The morning begins with a guided SoulCore session, a gentle yet powerful prayer experience that integrates the meditative rhythm of the rosary with core-strengthening, functional movement, rest, and stillness. SoulCore is not a fitness class, but a way to deepen your prayer life through physical and spiritual integration.

The movements of SoulCore can be adapted to any fitness level, so ALL are welcome! No prior experience is necessary. We will be using chairs and standing so no mat or floor work will be involved.

After the session, you'll have time for personal reflection and solitude in the chapel or on the beautiful, wooded grounds of Ignatius House before coming back together for a closing prayer and sharing of graces.

You're also welcome to bring a packed lunch and linger on the property afterward to enjoy additional quiet time.

Dates: October 23 and 30, 2025 (register for one or BOTH!)
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing including comfortable walking shoes if you want to explore the trails, a rosary (optional), a journal, a sealable water bottle, and a packed lunch if you plan to stay afterward.

Come away for a refreshing morning of movement, prayer, and reflection, and honor Mary by caring for your whole self—body, mind, and soul.

About Catherine Fuss

Catherine Fuss was inspired by other local SoulCore leaders and the SoulCore founders to become certified herself. She is in constant formation in her faith, and being able to lead others in SoulCore classes is a beautiful way to continually grow and give the greatest possible glory to God.
