A Day to Call Your Own

Step away from the noise of everyday life and give yourself the gift of stillness. A Day to Call Your Own at Ignatius House is a gentle invitation to rest, reflect, and simply be—with no agenda, no expectations, and no scheduled programming.

Experience our peaceful 20-acre campus along the Chattahoochee River as sacred ground. Surrounded by God’s creation, these wooded paths have long been a place where retreatants encounter the Divine. Walk our wooded trails with a prayerful guide in hand, pause in the quiet of the Chapel, read in the library, or settle into a cozy chair in the atrium. Whether you bring a journal, a book, or just an open heart, this day is yours to listen deeply to the stirrings within and to encounter the Divine through creation.

Coffee, tea, light snacks, and filtered water will be available throughout the day (please bring a refillable water bottle). We invite you to bring your own lunch—and in support of our composting efforts, we encourage you to pack it in compostable or reusable containers when possible.

No spiritual director is required or provided—just time, space, and silence to be with God and your own soul.

Come as you are. Leave a little more grounded, a little more centered, and with a renewed sense of presence, gratitude, and hope.
